    Refund policy

    REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT
    ***All sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange

    To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, we recommend recording the unboxing of the product in case any issues arise. We also suggest trying on all purchased items immediately upon receipt to allow enough time for returns, if necessary.

    Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and  for any import duties, customs taxes, or other fees incurred during the shipment of the replacement item. For complete information, please refer to our policy below.

    RETURN

    1. Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

    • Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, without makeup marks, and with all tags attached.
    • All packaging shipped with your order must be returned
    • All purchases on underwear, tights, socks and lace leggings are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items for hygiene reasons.
    • Returns accepted only if Return Tag remains attached and undamaged.
    • Must be within 7 days from the date of receipt.

    2. To initiate a return, please contact with us. If your order meets the return conditition according to our policy, within 2-3 business days we will send a confirmation email along with the return label and an estimated return shipping cost. Exact costs will be confirmed once the item(s) is received, return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the return label is only valid for 5 days. We kindly ask you to follow the return instructions provided in the email with the attached return label and ship the item back within this period.

    3. In the event that the returned item(s) do not meet the above conditions or arrive in a condition that is damaged, altered, or defective due to mishandling or improper use, Margee reserves the right to deny the refund or charge a repair/restoration fee at our discretion.

    4. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund. This process typically takes 10 - 15 business days from the date we receive the returned items and may take up to 30 business days depending on your card issuer. If you have not received your refund after 30 business days, please contact us for an update on your refund status. Refunds will be issued based on the original purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges (if applicable) and return shipping costs, back to the original method of payment.

    EXCHANGE

    1. Unshipped Orders: If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service team to modify your order. (This policy does not apply to discounted items).

    2. Shipped Orders: If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to exchange it, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our Customer Service after receiving your items to request an exchange.
      If your order meets the conditions according to our Policy, we will send a confirmation email along with an exchange label.
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you of the return shipping and any additional charges.
    • After payment is confirmed, we will process the exchange and send your replacement item.

    Please note that, exchange shipments might incur import duties & taxes and customers are responsible for this. If you require the replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order immediately while returning the original item. A refund for the initial order will be processed once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection.

    CANCELLATION

    1. If the order has not been shipped, please contact our Customer Service team. We will assist you in canceling your order and issuing a full refund. Refund process typically takes 10 – 15 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request and may take up to 30 business days, depending on your card issuer.

    2. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to assist you in canceling the order.

    3. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Refund process typically takes 10 – 15 business days from the date we receive the returned items and may take up to 30 business days, depending on your card issuer.

    DEFECTIVE

    Margee takes full responsibility for the quality of our products and services. If you receive a defective or faulty item, we are happy to offer you a free return and full refund. Please follow the steps below, and we will assist you promptly:

    • Contact us here within 3 days of receiving the item, providing photos of the defects and a video of the unboxing process. We will offer a free return and full refund for defective items.
    • Ensure that the item is kept in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, manuals, labels, tags, and the purchase invoice.

    We ship to most regions worldwide. It depends on your region usually takes 4 - 10 days. Tracking number will be sent to your email. When your order is handled by DHL courier.

    ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES ONCE A SHIPMENT REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be charges. Margee Atelier will always provide an estimated dispatch date of dispatch for Pre-Orders, though these dates are subject to change without notice. The estimated date of dispatch will be clearly stated on the Order Confirmation provided by email.

    1. If the order has not been shipped, please contact our Customer Service team. We will assist you in canceling your order and issuing a full refund.     2. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to assist you in canceling the order.

    3.
